What We Do

Seed & Shift founder, Korena Koba, created an integrative way of existing called Heeku. Heeku helps us get out of our own way, work with others more effectively, and learn how to listen to and understand ourselves and the world we live in—so we can guide ourselves in real time toward living our best life. Every small step creates meaningful improvement.

Heeku integrates into any lifestyle and belief system. Unlike fixed systems, it does not exclude, limit, or prescribe what can heal, empower, or create change, nor does it require you to conform to someone else’s style or practice. Instead, it helps you identify what is truly you in each moment, what you authentically need and want now, and the tangible actions, perceptions, and connections that support that as you go.

Our body is always working towards homeostasis. It takes in immense information from all our 32 senses about the environments we are in, the people we are connected to and anything else that our system identifies as useful. It is also an efficient machine tracking our body. It goes to great length to communicate with our conscious mind what we need to focus on and be aware of to make the best decisions and take the best actions at each moment. What we can struggle with is understanding that our body is communicating to us for our advantage and understanding exactly what it is communicating. The better we understand our system’s language, including the nuances, the more capable we are of paying attention to and understanding our body’s communications and taking the most effective and efficient action at the right time, and the more we will naturally live our best life consistently.
