Another fast and easy lunch: 

Organic and Farmers Market love!

  • One chicken breast. Marinated in olive oil, one chopped garlic clove, balsamic vinaigrette and lemon pepper. Cook in skillet on stove top. 
  • Blueberries
  • Nectarines 
  • Pineapple mint garnish (good for digestion, gas, menstrual cramps, restful sleep, and elevates the libido)
