Where logic and intuition meet.

Emotions, sensations, and visions are your body communicating with you to help you live your best life.

Their jobs is to 1. get your attention and 2. share the communication.

Once they’ve done their job they will dissipate, you will feel lighter, have clarity, and be ready to move forward with aligned action.

We teach you how to listen, understand and follow what your body is sharing with you.

Master Your Unique Gifts.

  • Our system, Heeku, leverages how the body and biological world naturally works. Honing your inherent skills and working with your system allows you to receive the most accurate and effective guidance in real time for you to live you best life.

  • What We Do

Seed & Shift founder, Korena Koba, created an integrative way of existing called Heeku. Heeku helps us get out of our own way, work with others more effectively, and learn how to listen to and understand ourselves and the world we live in - so we can guide ourselves in real time toward living our best life. Every small step creates meaningful improvement.

Heeku integrates into any lifestyle and belief system. Unlike fixed systems, it does not exclude, limit, or prescribe what can heal, empower, or create change, nor does it require you to conform to someone else’s style or practice. Instead, it helps you identify what is truly you in each moment, what you authentically need and want now, and the tangible actions, perceptions, and connections that support that as you go.

    Heeku addresses:

    • Where to start when seeking or moving through change, including improving your overall -quality of life, career, relationships, finances, self-connection, confidence, transitions, healing, expansion, spiritual awakening, manifestation, and goal achievement

    • How to support your body and mind before, during, and after change - whether chosen or unexpected - for the best possible outcomes

    • Perception shifts that support constructive, effective, easeful, empowering, and enjoyable ways of thinking, problem-solving, and mentally existing

    • How to understand your body’s communications to live your best life

    • How to identify and hone your energetic gifts

    • How to identify and integrate modalities, philosophies, beliefs, and tools in ways that are most beneficial for you at each phase of life

  • Our body is always working towards homeostasis. It takes in immense information from all our 32 senses about the environments we are in, the people we are connected to and anything else that our system identifies as useful. It is also an efficient machine tracking our body. It goes to great length to communicate with our conscious mind what we need to focus on and be aware of to make the best decisions and take the best actions at each moment. What we can struggle with is understanding that our body is communicating to us for our advantage and understanding exactly what it is communicating. The better we understand our system’s language, including the nuances, the more capable we are of paying attention to and understanding our body’s communications and taking the most effective and efficient action at the right time, and the more we will naturally live our best life consistently.

  • We combine studied knowledge and energetic insight to provide you with answers, guidance, and training for your life and to help you develop your skills to enable you to more effectively and consistently know how to answer and guide yourself.

Become More Than Your Wildest Dreams.

When you’re so full of your own love and joy for life, there’s no longer room for anything you thought you needed energetic protection from, like other’s energy, emotions, and wants.

We show you how to clean and clear your energy, and connect with and bathe in your own love and essence, allowing it to bloom inside you and naturally radiate your inner beauty out to the world.

* * *

If you have heightened emotions and/or thoughts that you do not know where they came from or they feel out of proportion for you and what is going on, and you cannot seem to work through them, it may be that you are feeling other’s emotions (which can include mental rumination/looping you cannot shake). We feel other’s emotions stronger than they do. If they’re feeling something at a 2, we feel it at a 6. This can even include inherited traits like fear of being seen or heard, chronic inability to take onus over important parts of our lives, or unresolved dynamics from those who have passed.

We help you identify the source of what is stuck, what is needed to dissolve and integrate them, find peace, and move forward with your life.

Testimonials

  • “Korena is a bountiful wealth of esoteric, magical and mystical knowledge. She is incredibly gifted at what she does whether it be a human design and astrology reading, Reiki healing or mediumship/channeling session….she has a natural curiosity and loving approach to her work. She navigates shadow work with light and grace. I couldn’t recommend her more!”

    — Tasha

  • “Wahoo Korena! I’m still trying to receive what happened today :) That healing session was powerful! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent with me! You are an incredible teacher and healer ✨🔮💜”

    — Anne-Lise

  • “Korena is a beautiful Lightworker, whose positive presence, innate openness, and intuitive wisdom makes you immediately feel held, supported and safe. In my session with Korena, she spent time beforehand meditating and getting clear on my energy and my needs, and brought specific elements into the healing to support what she was picking up on. She created an environment that was like a beautiful cocoon of sound, touch, and scent, that made me feel completely held and safe to go deep into my own meditation and healing. Korena's intuitive guidance delivered post-session was everything I needed to hear that supported what I had been feeling, and truly reminded me of my power and beauty. I walked away from our session feeling lighter, clearer, at ease, and empowered. As a healer myself, it's often hard to find others who I feel safe and trust to hold space for me, and I am so glad I found Korena. Thank you, Korena for such a powerful, beautiful, much needed healing!”

    — Holly

  • “I’ve heard about Reiki before but I’ve never had a personal session so I was a bit skeptical going in. However, when I met Korena and listened to the way she described her Reiki sessions, and her overall passion for how she started her journey, I was completely intrigued and couldn’t wait to get started! Her gentle warm nature made me at ease as I laid down while she did a body scan. After the initial performing of reiki, she told me what she saw and exactly what she was doing. She explained she was clearing certain blocks, seeing past lives, and telling me messages from my soul that I needed to hear, like “The world needs your voice” which was so comforting and healing. Everything she said felt completely spot on and I was able to have more clarity around my soul’s purpose. Thanks to Korena’s gift as an intuitive Reiki master, I truly feel I am on the right path and even closer to my dreams!”

    — Charleen

  • "Yes there’s a service component to Korena’s gift, but she also lives it in practice constantly. I’ve felt it both when I’ve been in her presence and in her conversation. It truly is a skill she’s always had, this is the culmination of honing and refining and confidently translating into currency."
